In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "11kab," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 11kab online gaming platform, accessible at https://11kab.net, and the company operating it under international gaming standards.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 11kab or who accesses any part of the 11kab website or services.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 11kab account under any name or identity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 11kab or any of its game provider partners.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.

Registration constitutes a representation and warranty by you that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 11kab account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. 11kab cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify 11kab support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must keep your contact details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and may result in permanent ban from the 11kab platform.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

11kab supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent thereof at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or within minutes depending on the payment method selected. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction on the deposit screen. 11kab does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside 11kab's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed on the same business day. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal screen at the time of request.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 11kab account holder. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.
• 11kab reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals in USDT TRC20 are subject to network fees which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of processing.
• Deposits made by erroneous duplicate transaction will be refunded upon request, subject to verification.

11kab offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail for the matter in question.

General rules applicable to all 11kab bonuses include:

• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific bonus terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 11kab reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet claimed or activated the offer.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through bonus arbitrage, exploit betting patterns, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on 11kab are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and in the 11kab help centre.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets:

• Bets are accepted up to the bet slip confirmation screen. A bet is not confirmed until the player receives a bet ID confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to network latency and are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is registered in 11kab's system, not at the time the player clicked to place the bet.
• 11kab reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price (palpable error) regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published in the help centre.

With respect to casino and live dealer games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment managed by professional dealers. 11kab does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11kab platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account to circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any non-human means to access, bet on, or interact with the 11kab platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which 11kab offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or sports betting product.
• Using the 11kab platform for money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or display malfunctions to gain credits or winnings beyond what the normal game outcome would produce.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or the withdrawal process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 11kab support staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 11kab platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 11kab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 11kab platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the 11kab platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the 11kab brand, logo, or name in any external communication, advertisement, or publication without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11kab, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 11kab platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 11kab specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from gaming or betting outcomes on the platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond 11kab's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor delays, or third-party game server failures.
• Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.

11kab collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling practices include:

• Personal data, including your name, CNIC information, mobile number, and transaction history, is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 11kab does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11kab is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 11kab account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified time period.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage breaks.

Real Money Balances remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded to your nominated Pakistani payment account following completed KYC verification.

11kab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In cases of account closure due to proven fraudulent activity or serious terms violations, 11kab reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and resolution of the matter.

11kab reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 11kab will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the 11kab platform after the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming standards and regulations under which 11kab operates. Players access the platform voluntarily and acknowledge that online gaming laws vary between jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 11kab, the following procedure applies:

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered. During the dispute resolution process, the player must continue to comply with these Terms and Conditions in all other respects.
